Express Postage – $18.00 inc GST

If you need to change your delivery address, please send us an email immediately to info@undertowonline.com.au and notify us of the correct shipping address.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order and payment is confirmed.
Once your order leaves Undertow HQ you will receive your tracking details.
If you have provided us with your mobile phone number you will receive SMS tracking alerts.
If you have not provided your mobile phone details you will receive tracking details via email.
