1. Promoter

The promoter is Undertow Saltwater Apparel.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

• Entries Open: Monday, 27th July 2026
• Entries Close: 11:59pm AEST, Wednesday, 7th October 2026
• Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• Every $50 AUD spent on eligible Undertow products during the promotional period equals one (1) entry into the draw.
• Entries are automatically allocated based on the value of eligible purchases.
• Multiple entries are permitted.
• There is no maximum number of entries.
• Eligible purchases include online purchases made through www.undertowonline.com.au and custom apparel orders placed during the promotional period.
• Cancelled orders, refunded purchases or fraudulent transactions will not qualify for entries.

5. Prize

The winner will received:

• Three (3) full days of guided fishing with Out N About Sportfishing.
• Four (4) nights accommodation at The Sheraton Grand Mirage, Port Douglas.
• Hosted Catch & Cook Dinner.
• Professional photo and video coverage of the experience.

6. Travel Requirements

• The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for all travel to and from Port Douglas, Queensland.
• The winner must arrive on Tursday, 8th December 2026.
• The winner must depart on Saturday, 12th December 2026.
• Any costs not specifically listed as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including (but not limited to):

1. Flights
2. Airport Transfers
3. Meals not included in the prize
4. Travel insurance
5. Personal spending money
6. Any incidental expenses
   

7. Winner Notification

• The prize will take place on Thursday, 8th October 2026.
• The winner will be contacted by Undertow Saltwater Apparel employees using the contact details provided with their order.
• The winner's first name, surname initial and state may be published on Undertow's website and social media channels.

8. Acceptance of Prize

• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by Thursday, 15th October 2026.
• In the even the winner cannot attend on the required travel dates or fails to respond by this date, Undertow reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

9. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Dates of travel are fixed and cannot be changed unless otherwise agreed by Undertow Saltwater Apparel and Out N About Sportfishing.
• Undertow reserves the right to substitue any component of the prize with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

10. Photography & Media

• The winner agrees to participate in reasonable photography and video during the experience. Undertow and its promotional partners may use this content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General

• Undertow reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Undertow reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Undertow accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
• If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Undertow Saltwater Apparel's reasonable control, Undertow Saltwater Apparel reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

12. Privacy

• Personal information collected during this promotion will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with Undertow's Pirvacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to their information being used for these purposes.
